Yoga is bespoke to you – especially when you do it at home. That could be in your bedroom before you go to sleep. In the garden on a beautiful day. Stretching your back after too many hours on the sofa – or just escaping from whatever’s getting on your nerves!

You don’t have to be super-fit or bendy to start. You take your time and gradually build up a repertoire of postures and techniques which give you what you want. It’s a practice personal to you.

Learning online means you can do a little bit often and select the type of yoga which meets your particular needs.
